Beginner's Basics of Revolver Shooting

(Formerly NRA First Steps Revolver)

This class is designed to introduce the beginning shooter to the basics of revolver handling and shooting. The course includes classroom lecture on revolver parts, operation, safe storage and cleaning the firearm properly. Students will learn the fundamentals of revolver handling and shooting in the classroom with dry-fire training, then will spend the remainder of the day shooting on the range. At the conclusion of the day, the student should feel confident in handling revolvers and get a feel for the type they should buy if they don't have one already. This course can be conducted at our range or your location as long as you have a safe place to shoot and a safe dirt backstop. This course includes 3-4 hours of instruction.
